Our Machines

Cone Dyeing and Hank Dyeing sections are equipped with state-of-the-art dyeing machinery of renowned manufactures. Company has own effluent treatment plant. Continuous up-gradation of machinery is a regular practice with company. Expansion of our capacities and introduction of the latest version of all the machinery is ongoing process in all our sections.

Research and Development

The R&D division of the company is equipped with the latest equipments. From the first stage of testing upto final yarn cones / Hanks, dyeing quality testing facilities are one of the best, which makes us quality conscious. Our R&D facility also equipped with latest COLOR CHEF Robotic Lab Dispenser as well as Color View of “SPI”. Beside this our R&D is having facility of Spectrophotometer of “X-RITE- USA”.

Our Capacities

Cone dyeing section has a capacity of dyeing batch of sizes 2.5 kgs to 1500 kgs (packages).Hank Dyeing section has also a capacity processing of sizes 5 kgs to 300 kgs.

Our workforce is our 'strength' and we have uninterruped well experienced work force to run the unit most effectively to achieve our commitments and quality parameters. Unit is also having comprehensive power back-up system to meet uninterrupted power supplies.
